Project Executive Summary
EngazPro is an end-to-end commercial operations suite designed specifically for retail merchants and e-commerce brands. Engineered with a Laravel 11 REST API and React frontend, EngazPro seamlessly connects to WooCommerce stores to synchronize orders, manage multi-depot stock, execute fast in-store POS checkouts, and calculate net profits and expenses in real time.
The Business Problem
Merchants with both physical retail branches and WooCommerce stores suffered from disconnected stock counts, manual ledger bookkeeping, delayed cash registers, and zero visibility into true operating profits and warehouse shrinkage.
Architecture & Engineering Solution
Engineered a high-throughput multi-tenant platform. Built automated bi-directional WooCommerce synchronization listeners, real-time cash register tracking, and strict transactional row locks for multi-branch inventory movements.
